AGENDA

The members of the Board of Directors of the Agua Special Utility District will be attending a conference convened by the Honorable Judge Aida Salinas Flores, at the above-cited time and place concerning proceedings of the La Joya WSC Receivership as described on the attached proposed agenda provided by the Court.

At or after the described conference, the Board of Directors of the Agua Special Utility District reserves the right to adjourn into Executive (Closed) Session immediately after this conference to discuss any of the items listed on the conference agenda, as authorized by the Texas Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551, Texas Government Code.  No final action will be taken in Executive Session.
